Ingredients: Punarnava Root extract, Kakamachi Whole plant extract, Kasamarda Seed extract, Amalaki Fruit extract, Bhringraja Whole plant extract, Trikatu extract, Bhumyamalaki Whole plant extract, Katuka Rhizome extract, Guduchi Stem extract

Directions for use:  Children from 1 year to 3 years: 2.5 ml to 5 ml (1/2 to 1 teaspoon full) 2-3 times a day Children from 3 to 14 years: 5 ml to 10 ml (1-2 teaspoons full) 2-3 times a day Children 14-18 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons full) 3-4 times a day Adults: 20 ml (4 teaspoons full) 3-4 times a day
