Double Horse Ribbon Ada / Rice Pasta
Ingredients:

Method of Preparation:
- Break Double Horse Rice Ribbon Ada 200g and cook All done. Strain the water and wash it underwater and keep it aside.
- Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk and 4-5 cups of second milk from 2 coconuts and keep aside.
- Boil second extract milk and add cooked ada.
- Boil it for 10-15 mins.
- Make a thick syrup by boiling Jaggery(500g) with 1 glass(200ml ) of water and removing the impurities from it.
- Add jaggery syrup and cook on high flame for 5-10 mins.
- Now add thick milk and switch off the flame.
- Fry cashews, raisins in 1 tbsp. ghee and add it to the payasam.
- Hot & Yummy Ada Pradhaman is ready to serve.
