- Make a paste of 50g Sakthi Fish Fry Masala with water and lemon juice.
- Apply the Sakthi Fish Fry Masala paste on 1½ kg fish pieces.
- After 2 hours, deep fry the pieces in edible oil.
- No need to add salt in Sakthi Fish Fry Masala paste.
- Sakthi Fish Fry Masala can also be used to prepare yam and potato fries.
