Directions for use of Mutton Masala:
50gm of Sree Annapoorna Mutton Masala Powder required to prepare 1 Kg Mutton. Fry 200gms of clean sliced onion in minimum quantity of edible oil to light golden brown colour. Add to this seperately cleaned mutton pieces and cook. As mutton is half cooked add 50gms of Masala Powder, enough salt(to taste) and water. This is further cooked to evaporate a part of moisture and meat pieces become tender. Now it is ready to serve. If desired for kuruma like gravy, add coconut milk and cook for a further period of 5 minutes.

Chilly, Coriander, Pepper, Turmeric, Garlic, Cumin, Spices, Curry Leaf, 5% Salt etc.
