Ingredients of Aswajith Capsule:
- Ashagandha [Withania somnifera] – 375 mg – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera is one of the most powerful gifts of nature and Ayurveda to the humanity. - Shilajithu [Asphaltum] – 125 mg
Dosage of Aswajith Capsule:
- 1-2 capsules once or twice a day preferably with milk. For significant and perceptible effect, regular use for 4 weeks isrecommended.
How long to use?
- It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time, with gradual decrease in dosage.
