- Tila taila, Bhrungaraja, Amalaki, Nirgundi, Doorva
How to use:
- Take the required quantity in a small bowl. The quantity of oil must be enough to moisten the scalp. If required, place the bowl in hot water till the oil becomes warm.
- Shirobhyanga must be done in sitting position. Kanchan Hair Oil must be applied all over the head, and hair roots should be massaged gently with fingertips.
- After application of oil, rest in a sitting position for about 15-20 minutes.
- Hair should be washed using water at room temperature or lukewarm water.
