MTR Dhokla Mix
Ingredients:
- Rice
- Black gram Dal
- Semolina
- Refined wheat flour
- Leavening agent sodium bicarbonate
- salt
- vegetable fat interesterified (palm oil, kernel oil)
- Acidity regulator malic acid
- Asafoetida
- Anticaking agent silica
How to prepare:
- mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3-4 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd, and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter
- Grease plate with oil and pour batter
- Sprinkle cumin powder and red chili powder or black pepper powder on it
- Boil the batter on medium to high flame for 15 mins
- Sprinkle prepared seasoning on top and garnish with grated coconut and finely cut coriander leaves.
