Vaidyaratnam Gulgulu Thikthakam Thailam (also known as Nimbamruthadi Thailam) is a classical Ayurvedic herbal oil designed for external application. It is widely used to manage chronic skin diseases, joint conditions, non-healing wounds, and inflammatory disorders.
