MTR Dhokla Mix

Ingredients:

• Rice
• Black gram Dal
• Semolina
• Refined wheat flour
• Leavening agent sodium bicarbonate
• salt
• vegetable fat interesterified (palm oil, kernel oil)
• Acidity regulator malic acid
• Asafoetida
• Anticaking agent silica

How to prepare:

• mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3-4 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd, and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter
• Grease plate with oil and pour batter
• Sprinkle cumin powder and red chili powder or black pepper powder on it
• Boil the batter on medium to high flame for 15 mins
• Sprinkle prepared seasoning on top and garnish with grated coconut and finely cut coriander leaves.
