Shilajitwadi Bati is an Ayurvedic medicine, in tablet form containing herbal and mineral ingredients, used mainly in the treatment of diabetes and sexual disorders. There are many versions of this tablet. This one is Swarna yukta meaning it contains Swarna bhasma ( gold calx ).

Ingredients of Shilajitwadi Vati :
- Shijait Asphaltum
- Abhraka Bhasma Calx of Silica
- Hema Swarna Bhasma Calx of Gold
- Loha Bhasma Calx of Ion
- Guggulu Commiphora mukul
- Tankana Borax calx
- Kesharaja Bhringaraja Eclipta alba
Uses of Shilajitwadi Vati :
- It is used in the treatment of
- Prameha diabetes, urinary tract disorders.
- Shukrameha spermatorrhoea, Dhat syndrome, passing of semen along with urine etc.
- This product also acts as a natural source of Iron.
Dosage of Shilajitwadi Vati :
This medicine is to be administered in the morning, before / after food along with decoction of Shaivala ( Evolvulus alsinoides ).Dose is 1 tablet per day.
Side effects of Shilajitwadi Vati :
- Better to avoid this medicine in children, pregnant and lactating mothers.
- This medicine should be taken only under medical supervision.
