Vaidyaratnam Mahathikthakam Ghrutham is a traditional Ayurvedic medicated ghee used to treat severe skin diseases, chronic ulcers, and Pitta dosha imbalances. Translated as "Great Bitter," its formula combines multiple bitter therapeutic herbs cooked in pure cow’s ghee.
